• You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India (and internationally soon).

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

Shipping Time

• Standard delivery within India: 4–7 business days.

• Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• A standard shipping fee of ₹49 – ₹99 may apply to orders below this amount.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

• You can track your package anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand periods (festivals, sales, etc.).

• Kugloo is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, but we will do our best to assist you.
